It has real potential, the opportunities are enormous, but I do think we are constrained by some legacy thinking, minimal resourcing through the pandemic period, and some individuals and groups who undermine the positive cultural changes we are trying to make.

Technology is a weak area. Some mental health initiatives feel a little hollow when we don't necessarily follow the words with action to reduce workload and pressure and address stress at its source.

Better balancing between expectations and resources to reduce the routine reliance on over-work. Risk is that mental health initiatives are seen as a sticking plaster fix, rather than trying to address the route causes of stress and burnout.
