Everybody is there to help each other but seems to believe they are always right so I would rate the listening capacity to very poor
Because of the past success, people seems to believe that they are always right in what they are proposing so I would say that more bottom up workshops should be done to provide practical and realistic views from the ground to enable the strategy of the Top Managers
