Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I compare my current salary to the previous offer of another company, an Associate Director earns more than what I am getting as a TQ Director in Teleperformance. Maybe assess and look at how the current entry salary for the role is in Teleperformance and see if it's within the same range outside
