The best part is the year bonus, but I also consider the car the second best

The way they see us motivate the team to keep going. This human touch on the business is crucial to enhance high performance teams

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What would be nice to have is the annual inflation correction. It goes to certain levels of the company but not to everyone. Some people wait years to be compensated and it is not fair, at least talking about the inflation rate.
