TP has given me great opportunities at the beginning and even during pandemic it was much better than the rest of the orgs. i dont have anything to complaint about, but leadership / management should definitely look at the tenured people who been for long and not been promoted, undertstand WHY

most of the people are busy in their own world

people are respectful of each other, which atleast makes the environment is cordial

Best part about a compensation is being paid on time and along with the performance incentive
What makes you most happy at work?
going to work post pandemic is great, working with team in person is good, makes one more productive and makes one step out of comfort zone
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need to relook for tenured people who haven't been promoted lately, also what skill set they have. this allows to know what skill of people and why haven't been promoted. may be a growth or learning path could be created for them. these could be people in comfort zone or haven't been considered
