Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Personally I feel quite strongly that the compensation offered for roles is well below average of similar positions in different industries, on TPUSA. Workloads are large and hours long. Very demanding work and compensation should match.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel very valued and that the work I do critical to success. I'm eager to serve. I feel the work Teleperformance does and large scale, gives me a direct platform to make a possitive impact for a large population of people.
