I like that I have a leader that allows me to work independently with my team, she's patient kind and understanding almost every time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My basic is all fine with me, but I guess having additional allowances on top that would be a big help to me as someone with a family. Or perhaps additional free dependents.
