It is ok right now. But because of a lot of changes - promotions, resignations - There's really anxiety on employees' ends.

Our team makes it a point to deliver. We try as much as possible to help when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There's been a lot being added to our team on short notice. I don't have issues with things being sent our way but the way it is sent makes us seem like we're not doing anything or underperforming. On the benefits part, it would really help employees if we have an additional "free" dependent.
