Probably the web designs and creative engagements.

Motivation and a will from the leaders.

We have a helping hand for each other's process concerns.

More of the salary and maybe if there's benefits and compensations.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fun activities or at least a get together team meeting/ team building.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
An incentives in every well done job can boost employees motivation of work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get out of our way to meet and greet and to get to know more about each other.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I would suggest to be more empathetic of each employees' situation, a small gesture of a one on one talk will go a long way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A little compensation of every extra hard work or benefits/allowance for the internet and electricity bills since we're working at home, and everything is delf provided.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I believe they can better understand what the team needs and wants thru a constant communication and with all ears listening. Not just to listen but to meet halfway if not afford to be granted.
