I would suggest to be more empathetic of each employees' situation, a small gesture of a one on one talk will go a long way.
A little compensation of every extra hard work or benefits/allowance for the internet and electricity bills since we're working at home, and everything is delf provided.
I believe they can better understand what the team needs and wants thru a constant communication and with all ears listening. Not just to listen but to meet halfway if not afford to be granted.
