Experience is great, I love my work here because it is not stressful. But we recently have a stressful week because we have 1100+ candidates and we are only 27 folks on the team. Calls after calls and after calls, we can barely breathe. I hope they would hire more if they are expecting high # calls.

big basic pay and reasonable night differential.

I like it here because of the moderate que of calls.
What makes you most happy at work?
The pay and the few friends that I have. Kind bosses.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of them act like they own they company. They forget that they we are all the same here and they forget to the vital attitude, respect. This the reason why I enjoy working at home, I do not plan to join any team buildings in the future.
