There's good and bad. Overall, it is a well balanced of good and bad experiences. I've also learned a lot.

None. Because there were none to begin with.

They listened about criticisms and we work as a whole. No one gets left behind.

It's just my mood. You sometimes look forward going at work and sometimes you don't.

I like working at home and I can confide with my superior about work related and co-worker related issues.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to listen to their employee's suggestion and compile them, to see if their suggestions or complaints were valid.
