Knows how to play teamwork and have various skills to perform our tasks in our department
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Despite that our supervisor is most of the times absent, our ACM is very supportive and helpful with all our needs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My previous pay rate was of PHP10k difference of what I'm having right now. No other benefits as well being offered.

They find solutions by asking the higher ups or relative department about their related experiences in order to apply it to our pioneer department
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was a Team Lead before on my previous company and so, I was hoping I will be compensated fairly. There are some who had inadequate skills but were offered with a larger compensation so, I am hoping that TP will regularly review employee's performance to compensate fairly
