No discrimination between gender and is very open.

What makes you most happy at work?

I do love my actual work

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Freedom to speak your thoughts and share your input.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I self-pat myself on the back for a job well-done.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Knowing what employees need and to give better compensation or show better appreciation for all the efforts their employees put into their jobs.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I can say good things about my direct manager. She has been really helpful and supportive of me. I have not directly interacted with anyone higher.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Most of my co-workers are tenured and tower that seniority over the new ones. They also don't put enough effort into their jobs. I just think it's unfair that they get away with it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am being paid a third of the industry standard. I think that could've been bearable if only I felt I was appreciated. I often feel that the effort I put in is ignored. My teammates get applauded for projects I am a part of for a well-done job, but I don't even get a thumbs-up emoji.
