We still need improvement and a positive environment. Workload is a bit okay but we should prioritize mental health of the employees so that they will not get tired and just leave the rest of the group.

My schedule, the admins I work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am still looking forward for an uplifting leaders who can help us grow with positive and not offending feedback with the admins.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We help each and everyone in the team. We may not see each other but we see to it that if someone needs help this should be assisted.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not really undervalued but I think everyone could agree to have a higher compensation since admins has this "Can do attitude" with ever work that is assigned to us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We see to it that we help everyone in our team so no one will be left behind. Admins respect each other and we do our best to create a good environment with the newbies.
