The last 3 years of my stay here have been unfortunate. We miss having leaders who value the welfare of the team and are not afraid to have difficult conversations to have a robust process and better throughput

My peers and team members are resilient and genuinely care about the job

The people I work with because we draw strength and inspiration from each other

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The APA % increase is very low and what the organization offers is really behind the industry standard

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

No hiring guidelines, freeze hiring despite very aggressive hiring requirements, lack of support and response when it comes to crucial matters

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The increase percentages for the Annual Performance Appraisal are not that high so the increase in pay is not commensurate to the workload. The performance bonus is also not aligned with the structure, as we're doing geo and vertical roles but our bonus is tied to the geo stats alone.
