I am happy where I'm at right now because of all the help of our supervisor and the whole team but I am still aiming to climb the ladder of leadership.
What makes you most happy at work?
Excellent teammates that are always there for each other.

I really love my direct supervisor (Shalin Bermoy) and assistant manager (Aian Sulpico).

The idea that we really have a good team that are all working together.

There's nothing much to say about the compensation package. I am not much entitled to anything.

It really helps that the whole team is working together to make everything well and good.

All the members of our team are all awesome!! They're always willing to help in every possible way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary alignment has already been requested but it's taking forever for it to be signed by the leader up above.

All I can say is that our supervisors and assistance managers are very supportive and assisting us in all possible ways.

They're all very supportive, caring and with work ethics. We are all very committed to do our work effectively with good outcome.

Everything's just harmonious and coworkers are very helpful, they will always be there for you whenever you need help as well as our supervisor.
