As a new hire, and actually my first work probably in BPO. I think the overall experience was great and my mentor/trainer was fun to be with, because the training that we have been doing was informative and educational. I would say that, it was awesome.

They are willing to learn, and enhance their skills.

I think it's how the employee and employer works together to achieve the great goal of the company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Even though they are goal oriented, they do not put pressure the new hired employees. They kept being approachable and kind. I'd love to learn more because of them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Receiving calls might be the the one that will makes me happy, although there are some irate customers but I think you will still improve your communication skills and actually become more emphatic about the customers.
