Considering myself a rookie in this profession, 15000 base salary is already enough for me but they top it off with rice allowance, internet allowance and 20% night differential.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a healthy relationship, most of us is not as experienced as the other tenured, so we understand that each of us is lacking in some areas and help each other to prevail.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They are giving opportunities to people who have no experience and their standards is not in an elitist manner. They are hiring highschool graduates with no job experience at all, a proof that they are invested on looking in people's potential not credential.
