Our communication and teamwork and also the camaraderie we have with each other.

My Manager is such an inspiration and he Hear us. We worked as a team and he is very considerate and encourage us everytime.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no Retirement benefits. I've been with the company for 17 years and yet I think this will all be put into waste.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the workload it shoud be more and the dependents for the hearlth card should not be deducted on our salary like other companies it's for free and we do not have any retirement plan
