I find the facility/training rooms comfortable and nice to work at. Everyone in TP is welcoming and friendly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The attendance incentive, as well as the bonus after contract signing after 2 months. Hopefully the 13th month pay
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are open to positive competition; we share our knowledge and are open to each other's perspective. We also help one another and do not judge their confusions.
What makes you most happy at work?
The only thing that makes me happy at work is learning new things that I am new at, also I am very much happy with the incentives I am going to get by working without any misconducts.
