The persons around me makes me happy at work. They were really easy to get along with and I am extrovert person so I really like to talk a lot and build rapport to everyone.

The best things in my team is that we always seek for achievement. We don't brag anyone down just to get us higher. I really appreciate our mentor for guiding us in every step we take.

I like the best in our leadership team is that they were easy to interact with. They are all approachable and we did not look each other as a competitor otherwise we look at each other as family.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well, I don't feel undervalued because the company really knows how to appreciate their employees especially the newbies like me in this industry. I think if they increase the basic pay of every employees I will feel real better.
