As this is my first week, so far, admittedly it is quite challenging, as a first timer in the bpo industry, I am still adjusting. However, I like that our trainer is good to us, she really handle us with so much compassion, and she really taught us everything that she thinks we need.

I like that we get along very well. I’m happy that we look at each other equally, like there?
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I think I like best of the leadership team, is the way they treat the employees, trainees. I appreciate that they give opportunities to all, the way thay motivate the team, that makes us trainees feel confident and motivated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like how the company instilled professionalism with their employees as well as know how to interact, mingle or make friends with their co-employees. I also like how open and diverse the company is. I like that. they their employees express who they are and what they are.
