I was provided with equipment by them, but it is useless. It causes me stress, hassles and I wasted a lot of time just because of the equipment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that I should be paid according to my experience. I have this colleague of mine who is paid more than me when she only has 6 months of recruitment experience.
