We have teamwork and we learn the process from ourselves. Not to our supervisors.
They are interactive on what is the main issue and provide solution. However, it is still like invalid to our supervisors.
Good compensation and benefits as we are lacking specs right now and unable to manage the 1k candidate. Imagine, we are only 40 and not included the absenteeism.
Please provide us better incentives if they don't like to add more specs as this is very stressful from us. Specially, we are only 40 and we handle 1k candidates per week. This is very stressful. Just at least hire for temporary specs.
