I've been with TP for more than 10 years (combined employment) and I definitely consider this as my 2nd home and my team as my 2nd family. I never had any bad experience dealing with anyone, I am enjoying my stay here so far. With great leaders and team I have, it would be hard to leave TP

My immediate superior and upper leaders are very supportive and show genuine care for their people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am in the best team with great leaders and teammates. Overall, TP is a great place to work (follows all government mandated labor laws, provides comfortable and safe workplace, etc)
