I think that I'm expecting to see an hard but friendly environment of work, cause for me we can't enjoy our job if it's just fun, fun and fun

I expect that when i start woking my team is gonna be good, i say good cause i dont expect the best from them same as me cause we're just gonna start to work at this type of job

For me i want the leadership team to be the role models for the freshmens or newly hired employees, because they're the one that will guide and gonna mold the future of this company, and without their leadership i think that no one's gonna go far
