For me, as a part of the HR Team, I am glad to know the people I am working with. The benefits and compensation are okay could be better but so far it's good enough.

The simplicity and accessibility of the job especially since it is a work from home set up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No, not really, I believe that we are paid fairly, however with the current inflation rate and also since it is a work from home set-up I believe we should have more benefits like internet allowance.
