My leaders discuss each issue and concerns with transparency and in a constructive manner which really helps everyone in the team improve and more likely to contribute more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TP endeavors in reaching each employee is enormous. The company has different programs to which I believe aims to provide aid for the wellness of each intended participants.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hours for extra workload are getting paid through overtime pays. We are glad that our managers see and appreciate our efforts in completing these extra tasks which takes place randomly.
