the people, environment and opportunities that the company provides makes it great. However, the compensation has been an issue even before I applied to TP. I think, if there's a competitive raise or better benefits/allowances, it could have been better.

diversity. Which it's common to any BPO company but TP is the most diversed i've been with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
In the event that someone needs to go off work, there's always someone willing to cover their shift.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It feels like TP has alot of potential to be a better company and compared to other companies, TP has one of the lowest compensation package to offer, even for employees who are in a higher position. competitive compensation would make it better.
