Overall, it was all good. As pandemic comes, I was very thankful since we are working from home.

We have teamwork. We cover the work if anyone will be absent.

Regarding work at home. They gave us opportunity to be in our home, less hassle on travelling.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They should give us WAHA allowance. All of the back office employees, not only agents. They should treat us fairly.
