I rated it as 8 since we dont get the chance to meet each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
salary is low and there was no allowance provided even though we are working from home. Internet allowance would be a great compensation to atleast help employee especially now that bills etc are rising.
