it's been a year since we request for WAHA allowance. nothing happens. Medyo Kuripot ang company.

When I got approval from the providers. No error on reports. Our superiors appreciates our hard work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is almost equal to a Specialist. Make sure that if you promote an employee there will be a salary impact on their salary.
