Warm and friendly people. Welcoming and treat each other as family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team mates and competent team leads who cared for his/her team.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think they need to have a stable account for us not to transferred to different account every time without even increase of salary no matter how hard the account.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My Last account HIRERIGHT - My team Lead there was good. He's done his best for us. For the other leaders who handles the account I can't say the same as I don't feel that called care for their people. As for My new Account BREAD Financial - People here are friendly so far.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the quote: The best place to work didn't speak for the company as of now. Compensation is neutral but not really good but I'm here because of those team leads and team mates who are good to me and treated me as family other than that I think they need to improve more on company's benefits.
