I've been with TP for a little more than a year. Overall good experience. I had very little expectations when it comes to onboarding of directors, but for TP, it far exceeded my expectations. I reco to review CCMS process, the red tape there is bad. talent development needs to be improved too.

They are very hard working and they have good knowledge about the TP processes.

The regular webcast is appreciated because at least we have insights what's happening globally for TP.

Seeing my staff achieve great things they have not achieved before. Meeting compliance goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great work relationship between ops leaders and support groups. Peers are also sharing best practices and helping each other.
