I think I am paid fairly well considering I'm an expat.

Passion. Open communication. Zero red tape. A little of politics but not damaging and managed well.

I am not micro-managed and I have control on where and how I spend my energy and time.

We are relatively a small group hence it's easier to get important messages across. There's less decision makers and we can move things a bit faster.
