I am grateful to Teleperformance, I am proud of my work and I enjoy it, but I cannot help feeling frustrated when bureaucracy and executive politics do not allow us to be better than we are. I am convinced that we can be more agile, effective and successful, but these two factors hold us back.

commitment, effort and teamwork no matter what we face while trying to achieve what we have been requested.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
some benefits that are defined in internal policies based on the position are not delivered equally based on what the policy says, in the end there is a kind of finger selection
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It is necessary to value the historical effort of the people, the knowledge and experience they have of the company. Take more care of human talent. Put the truth and results above bureaucracy and politics between executive positions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is hart to say something. In one hand they talk about being agile, and on the other hand they implement and empower bureaucracy and politics instead of results. I think we could be better from a business results perspective and as a work place if we would avoid politics and say things clearly.
