approachable and understand what is the need of the client and internal team. hence do their best to strike a balance.

we dont be linear across levels, we have geo benefits and allowance which one team get and other dont. even if u raise its so slow to get it sorted.

u have to chase to get what you are eligible for even if its part of ur sal. benefits are diff for diff people even if at same level which is unfair
