I have been working her for a long time. I have learned everything from this organization. Besides the perks (due to the crazy inflation in education and fuel) everything else is nice.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation needs to be as per the city the employee is located. it needs to be at par with the competitors. I love this organization and wont leave just for 10 to 20% hike but inflation is impacting some of the best of us.
