It is diverse, there's no discrimination, everyone help each other, the law in Teleperformance is well observed by employees (guards, agents, managers and etc.)

Because of different personality, styles and techniques used by leaders in team, everyone learned something to every individuals not just with their interaction with the customers but with colleagues also.
