This is my second home, and I am about to complete a decade with the organization. Joined as a Manager to manage one of the domestic clients in January ,2013 and grown in my roles and I was given amble opportunities to take up additional responsibilities to grow my career and have become a VP .

I have access to senior leaders, and they are transparent

Dynamics of the profile that I manage and the amount of learnings
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team was strong however, now I am concerned about too many changes in the top leadership level
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team is eager to learn and at the same time they are aligned to the organizational goals. Team is dedicated and takes ownership in everything they do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
While the organization acknowledges the talent and skills and career growth is given, compensation is way too low for the responsibility and position I hold in the organization.
