That it is clean and friendly. The facilities are good and well-built.

That I will be able to interact with more and different people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about my compensation package is the rice allowance and our allowance is higher than the other BPO companies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team are so approachable and friendly. They may be strict in a professional way. They even put people first and do their best to retain trainees and regular employees.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to improve on respect. We are asking our coach/trainer so they should've remain silent for us to hear the answer rather than clicking unmute and answer it instead. Trainer knows best even you say that you already have 10years BPO experience.
