The thing that makes me the most happy at work is the fact that we get to learn in every shift.

The thing that I like most about the leadership team is that the people around us are very open to the possibility of someone standing up or taking the lead in a team
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The thing most positive about the culture would have to be their openness and acceptance of the LGBTQIA+ community. I say this because I myself is a part of the community and I feel welcomed and accepted.
