What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me happy at work is the work ethics that they have. Teleperformance really established their companies' values that's why employees are really passionate their work and bring success to the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like them to be paid me based on my performance and contributions in the company not on my educational attainment. It is very unfair, and the salary is not enough for my needs and my obligations at home.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They help and look everyone as a team not a competition which is giving a healthy environment to each of us. They know how to interact and respect everyone's flaws. They know their limitations when it comes to interacting each one of us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
One thing I notice is the respect they have for everyone. It is really positive traits that I've been known for my entire life. When everyone has a respect for each one it makes the environment healthy and less toxic when we know how to respect someone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the way they lift up their teams and work with the team with passion. They want every individual to grow and learn. They know how to handle every employee and bring out the best on them. They know how to nurture and let them the best version of themselves that capable of doing things.
