I am most happy at work due to the fact i am gaining exp. Regarding addressing customer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like it because of the teamwork style of training. Everyones concern and needs are hurriedly accomodated by the leadership team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite my college credentials, they will not consider it. Exp is what they needed. I believe i am qualified enough to get paid.
