Excluding comments around pay and benefits, there is a genuine desire to provide a supportive and great workplace
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Failure to pay bonus's when the team has delivered an amazing set of results, going above and beyond any reasonable expectation of workload to support our clients through a time of crisis and therefore smashing all of our targets for 2022 is pretty poor form.
