TP India Leadership team specially ops are very transparent and caring. Understands the ground challenges and supports.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
20% CTC is converted as performance bonus and further divided quarterly based on scorecard. It will be good if PLB is over and above CTC.
