There are enormous opportunities at work, sky is the limit, but structural support is most of the time is missing. but i am still committed to overcome my previous performance and keep on competing with myself to deliver more.

People are approachable and there are channels to be heard but no visibility on the efficacy of those efforts.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have plans and I am sure team to drive them but is it solving the purpose up to the last leg something needs to be evaluated and follow up program me should be created.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When we set goals every year, how much revenue we would generate should be compared to how many at the same level are at Par, underpaid perhaps doing the Job better as compared to hired at the bigger prize.
