TP is like a stepping stone, TP molds me and sees the potential in me and it's fun because at some point you will really valued and appreciated.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the opportunity to work actually, since this is my first job, I just feel happy and privileged enough to be accepted here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The way we finishes work together during the training. Ma'am Janna being kind, helpful and approachable and then me and the other trainee do our best to help out each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how Ma'am Janna teaches us and discusses the topics that must be taught to us, as well as, we are having fun during the training because the mood is always light.
