I have a good experience in TP, i was able to promote quite fast, the salaries could be better, but overall it's ok.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We get fast answers and solutions, everyone i engaged with in TP are open to discussions or to provide/receive help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is quite compact, everyone respects the other and is respectes. The flow and mood of the team are very good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because the salary increases are rare and a really low %, usually under 8%. Other benefits like 13th sallary, Holiday bonus, or project performance bonuses, retention bonuses are missing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Too many things to do, other projects have WFM, QA, Trainers, gere we are only 2 SVs that have to do everything, from interviews to reports, billing, timekkeping, scheduling, coachings, etc
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The promotiond are open, everyone can apy for a certain position, and at the end who deserved the role receives it. In other places the promotions are mad based on first come, first served, usually the older employees have priority.
