Is a great company but salary injustice specially nowadays have really made me disappointed

Good humor, mentally stable and easy-going people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
respect and diversity, people from all over the place
What makes you most happy at work?
When the client doesn't have issues and tools are working.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the professionalism but lately due to economic crises I believe they should be closer to the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
recruiters, agents with the same supervisor salary, big discrepancy in salaries, no loyalty salary increase, no increase in agent's salaries.
